Podcast Visibility Sprint
Get Your Book in Front of Readers Who Already Love the Topic.
A podcast book tour for authors, publishers and publicity teams.
Not a book campaign? See the Sprint for founders and executives
The Podcast Visibility Sprint is a defined campaign that turns a book into conversations — reaching engaged readers, building the author’s platform and keeping visibility alive well beyond launch week.
It covers up to 50 carefully selected podcast opportunities, from the opening strategy session through to interview preparation.
This is not a course, a production package or an automated booking platform. Mackasey develops the positioning, identifies the right shows, writes every pitch and manages the outreach. Publisher and multi-title packages are available.

Every campaign is different. The approach does not change: careful positioning, selective opportunities and conversations worth having.
Why Podcast Guesting Works
One Conversation, Heard by the Right People.
A podcast interview reaches an audience that has already chosen to listen, and gives you the length to explain something properly rather than in a soundbite.
It builds trust by association with a host the audience already trusts, and it keeps working: an episode remains searchable and shareable long after it is published, where a social post does not.
A traditional book tour reaches limited audiences in specific cities. Podcast conversations reach engaged listeners wherever they are, and let an author go deep on the ideas in a way a press release never can.
Speed and Focus
Built for Launch — and Long After.
The Sprint begins with positioning, then moves quickly into outreach so visibility starts building within days. The right shows for the author’s readers are identified and the angles refined before anything is sent.
Too many author campaigns fall flat: generic pitches sent to the wrong audiences, no positioning beyond a bio and a synopsis, and visibility that peaks at launch week and disappears.
Relevance matters more than volume. A smaller list of the right shows is worth more than a large list of any shows, and every pitch is written for the programme it is going to.

Questions
Frequently Asked
Are podcast bookings guaranteed?
No. Hosts and producers make their own editorial decisions. Mackasey provides professional strategy, research, pitching and follow-up designed to create strong opportunities, but specific bookings cannot be guaranteed.
Do you pitch every podcast available?
No. We focus on podcasts that are relevant to your expertise, goals and intended audience.
How early before publication should we start?
Ideally eight to twelve weeks ahead. Many shows book well in advance, and an early start lets episodes land across launch week rather than after it. Backlist titles can start at any time.
Is this podcast production?
No. The Sprint places you as a guest on established shows. Launching or producing your own podcast is covered by the Podcast Development Program.
What markets does Mackasey serve?
Mackasey works with clients across the United States, Canada, and select international markets.
Do you work with publishers or multi-title lists?
Yes. Publishers and publicity teams can engage Mackasey for coordinated campaigns across several authors. Multi-title packages are priced on request.
